Using a variety of props—including light dumbbells, blocks, Pilates balls, Pilates rings, and light ankle weights—you’ll move through controlled, intentional exercises designed to enhance flexibility, improve muscle tone, and build full-body strength. Suitable for all levels.

STRENGTH x BOOTY BURN

Get ready to fire up your glutes and sculpt your core with intentional movement and real results.
This low-impact, high-intensity class is designed to build lean muscle and true definition — focusing on the areas that matter most: your glutes and abs.
You’ll move through three strength-focused blocks, each featuring two rounds of six targeted exercises using timed intervals: 45 seconds on, 15 seconds off.
This format is built to create deep muscle activation, full fatigue, and lasting results.
Expect to move with ankle weights, resistance bands, dumbbells, and weighted beams through slow, controlled, and purposeful exercises.
